Dead Frontier is a free-to-play, browser based Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG) from Creaky Corpse. It’s a survival horror story set in a post-apocalyptic world where players fight for survival against hordes of mindless zombies.

The first thing a new player must do is to create a character. There are a few aesthetic changes one can make, especially in the face area, but the most interesting thing is the profession system. There is a large number of available jobs to choose from and each one comes with its own unique characteristics that will boost your combat abilities, help you make money easier or allow you to help others greatly (for example the doctor).

You set out to from Nastya’s Holdout, alone or with a friend, to scavenge for supplies and resources and to kill zombies. In order to achieve that, there is a wide choice of weaponry, from baseball bats to machine guns and hand grenades. You must be careful though, for ammunition is not an easy thing to find. The same goes for healing kits which are hard to come by; you may find yourself in the need of a doctor. Finally, hunger is also a factor to be considered; you need to eat something in order to keep it in low levels.

Dead Frontier features top-down 3D graphics that, given the fact it’s a browser game, look good and together with the various sound effects and music, it manage to depict an ominous post-apocalyptic environment. If horror games are your thing, then Dead Frontiers should be your next choice of entertainment.

Good

It was back at 1996 when Theodoros bought his first Personal Computer and with it a copy of Shogun : Total War. That was the beginning of many sleepless nights of exploring the fantastic world of gaming. He calls himself an “expert” defender and that’s his favorite gameplay style but he will not hesitate to grab a shield and go forth to protect his team as a tank. So next time you adventure in Azeroth and see a shield bearing cow named Klaras, you have found our guy! He is also a great fan of Role Playing Games. From Icewind Dale to Neverwinter Nights and Skyrim, you name it, he has played it all! He is not your average casual gamer, he is a dedicated fan!
