Tribes: Ascend is a free to play 3D online FPS by Hi-Rez Studios, with excellent graphics, great models and bold environments. Set in a vast open world of varied landscapes featuring snow, cityscapes and mountains, the game is about fast-paced intense first person shooter action. With total freedom of movement, players will use jetpacks to engagein aerial combat or even skis to quickly travel through large areas, hunt down enemies and maneuver out of enemy fire.

You will have enough freedom to customize your character, firstly by choosing your armor type; light and therefore extremely fast, balanced medium, or heavy for ultimate protection. Each one is best suited for specific roles inside the battlefield and is your call to explore the options and find out the best combinations for each combat scenario. Your player’s loadout is also heavily customizable providing multiple slots to fill-in with the preferable weapon types, special grenades or explosives and various accessories.

As you progress through the game, you will earn experience and unlock various skills based on your class. However, note that these experience points are transferable between classes, therefore you can indirectly advance one class while playing another.

PVP is a blast, featuring various modes to choose. From classic death-matches for up to 32 players and capture the flag modes, to Blitz games and smaller 5×5 arenas for more intense action. Whichever is your style, Tribes: Ascend will give you one of the best online FPS experiences to date. Don’t miss it!
