EVE Community is celebrating the launch of Warzone, the latest expansion for EVE Valkyrie and these are the most important things you need to know about it!
First of all, there are two new maps inspired by real locations of New Eden. The new Fleet map features a busy Sisters of EVE station; players will have to be constantly aware of the ships’ traffic flow but will also have the chance to see some iconic Sisters of EVE vessels like the Stratios or the Nestor! The bright and colorful setting is directly opposite to the Outpost map which is a dark, ominous place where a huge circular structure takes up most of the available space and where pilots will have the opportunity to fly next to Drifter battleships, maybe not the wisest of choices!
What is more, the new expansion introduces a novel game mode; Extraction is available for all maps, old and new and is actually a hunt for relics. Players search the map for valuable artifacts while trying to stop their opponents from doing so.
But that’s not all! In Warzone, players will no longer need to wear a VR headset but that will not change anything in the cross-platform character of the game! Moreover, new ships are added that are immediately accessible, new Ultra abilities, a new ship customization system and many more improvements, smaller and bigger! And as an extra bonus, an amazing Launch Bundle is available for purchase on PS4 and Steam until the 24th of October!
