DOTA 2 – 7.02 Gameplay Update

A new game update is upon us from Valve! DOTA 2’s Patch 7.02 is huge and focuses on small but multiple game-play adjustments.

Hero talents, terrain, shrines, items and the re-addition of Lycan to Captains Mode (CM) are just some of the elements that are updated building on the recent launch of 7.00 content update, “The New Journey”.

More specifically about the general updates, some notable changes include that Shrines are now becoming vulnerable after a T3 tower dies, Sentry Wards come in packs of 1 for 100 gold, towers no longer attack neutral team units, more trees are added for TP cover around the dire towers and Observer Ward now has a fog of war simulator to show you the area the ward will reveal. On the hero talents changes, the main idea is that all heroes are being re-balanced as various talent levels are seeing stat re-adjustments, with many of them experiencing various buffs.

For all the details regarding this update you can check the Official Change Log Page.

Get ready heroes and read carefully before throwing yourselves in battle!
