Your beloved game is now Free-to-Play! Invite your friends to play and test your skills in the brand-new Danger Zone mode!

All players that have played the game before the update will get a commemorative Loyalty Badge to display on their profile. Additionally, all existing CS:GO players will have their accounts upgraded to Prime Status! Prime Status players will unlock the new Souvenir MP5-SD | Lab Rats and get matched with players of the same status. What is more, they will have access to the new Danger Zone Case!

Danger Zone is a mode designed for solo and group play. If you choose to enter alone, you will join an up to 16 players match. Alternatively, if you queue as a group of two or three, your match will have up to 18 players. It’s a fast-paced battle royale mode that will test your wits, team coordination, and personal skill! Matches last up to ten minutes and you earn XP by killing enemies, looting the environment and surviving!

Finally, the Danger Zone Case features 17 community-designed weapon skins and the rare Horizon knives! So, play the game, test your skills in the Danger Zone and get rewards! What are you waiting for?
