Navy Field is a free to play 2D MMORPG game, by SDEnterNet, evolving during the World War II era and featuring intense, strategic sea battles; positioning players as the heroic commanders of some of the greatest sea vessels of the time.

Navy Field includes over 100 highly detailed vessels that can be selected and commanded. This great variance, along with the massive naval battlefields that can host up to 128 players online (64×64 players) provide an enormous “landscape” of possibilities, cooperation and exploration. Players start from smaller frigate ships and as they gain experience they will manage to command various destroyers, aircraft carriers, battle cruisers and submarines. You will also be given the chance to choose your favorite nation to join, like US, UK, Germany, Japan, USSR, France and Italy and of course you will have the ability to fully customize your ships and select armor, engines, weapons and launchers, amongst others and recruit sailors in order to place them into the most effective roles and positions and level them up.

Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of your vessels, learning to control them, customizing them appropriately and maximizing the effectiveness of your sailors are the key success factor in the game and play a decisive role into the battle outcomes. It should be noted that ships or sailors can be freely traded between players with the exclusion of certain account-bound or purchased items.

The graphics of Navy Field are nicely designed, with a great care and attention to detail, creating the proper game atmosphere and the multiple available game modes are more than welcomed, as they add great variance and replay-ability. Overall, if you are font of World War II era and you like team-based tactical naval battles, you shouldn’t miss out this one.
