Winterfrost Legacy evolves in the fantasy-world of Daearen around the story of the nine clans and the mysterious invasion from the north of the land.
In this new epic adventure, which boasts some greatly presented and highly detailed 3D graphics, you confront enemies either as a Mage, Rogue, Shaman or Warrior in a turn-based combat system. Progressing through the story, you will increase your stats and your mounts’ power, unlock and recruit stronger mercenary allies at the Tavern, loot, battle and plan your team formation carefully so you can get the best bonuses.
An extra feature that will assist you towards boosting your XP is meditation, which is unlocked at level 50 and provides you experience points when you are offline. New gear is obtainable by defeating Bosses in Chaos Chess and is enhanced through a nice upgrade mechanism which is centered around gear-slots and not specific gear-items.
The mount system is unlocked at level 13 and is a great way to build up your overall power. Each mount can be upgraded up to level 10 and learn new skills in order to provide you better bonuses and power your hero up. All the common game-styles are available so you can play single player or as part of a Guild and battle the AI or other players and Guilds online in the game’s PVP Arena.
