Don’t waste money

After sinking a few hundred hours into this game, I can give you a few key factors you’ll want to know before spending ANY hard-earned money on it.

Lets talk standard queue. Be prepared to wait 10-30 minutes per queue. Also it has absolutely no basis for putting players together. On your very first game you can and will most likely get stomped by a practiced duo-trio with hundreds to thousands of hours experience together. Once you yourself get well acquainted with the game and have a friend that has played along side you EVERY step of the way, then you might have a good time. But if you don’t have that friend… prepare for the game to queue you with BRAND NEW players. It is incredibly awkward when you ask your team mate to pull his head from his ass and he sobs to you that he just purchased the game. Also, there is absolutely no punishment for leaving. So expect to take a loss even when you’re 2-0 up over your enemy. It happens ALL. THE. TIME.

Ranked queue will often do without the BRAND NEW players, however the ranked system is terribly broken. There seems to be absolutely no telling how many ranked points you will get for any given round. No matter how easy or hard it is, the points are awarded at complete random.

What I’ve been talking about now is just the problems with the queue system. Even the games where everything goes 100% perfectly and you manage to win by the skin of your teeth- be prepared to be badmouthed to shit by your team mates and the other ex-league of legends players on the enemy team.
