MicroVolts Review

MicroVolts is a free-to-play Third Person Shooter (TPS) title from developer NQ Games and producer Rock Hippo Productions. It features fast-paced matches, a plethora of maps and game modes and a cartoonish, funny artwork.

There is a big list of playable characters with different design and stats; they all have this distinct cartoonish look and can be equipped with a plethora of outfits that grant them unique bonuses. The game offers seven weapon types that are available to all players right from the start and can be equipped at any given time; in fact, knowing when and how to swap between different types is one of the keys to winning matches! Weapons can also be enhanced with items bought from the in-game shop.

There are eleven game modes; from the all-time classic Team Deathmatch to the interesting Close Combat (only melee weapons allowed) and the newcomer-friendly Scrimmage, they all require coordination and personal skills in order to defeat your enemies and reap the rewards! With more than fifteen available maps, all masterfully designed with choke-points, multiple levels, hidden paths for stealth action and places for snipers to use, it is certain than no match will be the same! Add the colorful 3D graphics, the excellent visual and sound effects, the quick respawn times and the fast, intense action and you have a unique combat experience!
