Legend of Edda is a chibi-themed MMORPG developed by EYAsoft and published by GamesCampus. The game revolves around the ancient greek mythology and specifically the battle between the Olympian Gods and the Titans. Legend of Edda may be described by many as a point and click game, but it’s way more than that.

With a first glimpse at the game, you have to choose your faction between the two we already mentioned: Olympus or Titans which indicate with whom all your characters stand. This choice is faction-locked so choose wise.

Character creation may be limited but those cute chibi heroes you will create will look even better with all the costumes earned ingame. There are 3 main classes in Legend of Edda with 2 more job advancements per class, later on. Getting around with your chibi-character is like playing Poly Pocket, but with a really murderous doll at that.

Questing and leveling up in this game requires grinding and patience. Most quests are linear and generic, “kill some of this”, “gather some of that”, “talk to him” quests will be what you will face when getting into its actual gameplay. Experience acquiring is pretty generous and with each level you will be rewarded with a skill point and a stats up.

After reaching end-game PvE is almost non existent, but PvP stands out with many different modes. Spotlight of its PvP is the Sacred Treasure Wars which is the basic Faction versus Faction mode of the game.

Shop sales on Legend of Edda are not exclusive with all items bought with real money being able to get into its marketplace. You could call this game pay-to-win but a free-to-play player could get those benefits too.

Generally Legend of Edda is a mediocre MMORPG with its chibi graphics being its main feature. You could find some exciting things to do in short terms but overall this game is a boring version of all generic MMORPGs.
