Freefall Tournament is a free-to-play, browser-based, Third Person Shooter (TPS), developed and published by Free Range Games. There are eight available classes to choose from, each suited to a different gameplay.

Do not expect some fancy storyline, Freefall Tournament does not have one. Players choose their desired class and after a small tutorial (if this is their first time in the game) they jump right into battle. Your purpose is to lead your team to victory. One of the great things about the game is the variety of weapons. From flamethrowers and laser guns, to ambush blades and sabers, there is a plethora of goodies to arm your space marine with. But the best part of the game are jetpacks, that’s right, you get to wear a couple of rockets on your back! The result is beautiful aerial combat where each player tries to lock on his opponent using moves that look like a choreography. And then, there is curved gravity. When you get to the edge of a map, you can continue fighting on the belly of the map! Finally, there is an auto-lock mechanism which makes things a whole lot easier when trying to get that adversary in your scopes while performing your ballerina-like aerial moves.

All in all, this is a great game which brings some innovations to the genre of Third Person Shooters. If you are a fun, this is recommended.

Great

It was back at 1996 when Theodoros bought his first Personal Computer and with it a copy of Shogun : Total War. That was the beginning of many sleepless nights of exploring the fantastic world of gaming. He calls himself an “expert” defender and that’s his favorite gameplay style but he will not hesitate to grab a shield and go forth to protect his team as a tank. So next time you adventure in Azeroth and see a shield bearing cow named Klaras, you have found our guy! He is also a great fan of Role Playing Games. From Icewind Dale to Neverwinter Nights and Skyrim, you name it, he has played it all! He is not your average casual gamer, he is a dedicated fan!
