Cabals: Card Blitz is a free-to-play trading card game developed by Kyy Games and published by BISBOG SA. While this looks like a classic TCG, it offers many features that are mainly available in mobile games of its type. While Cabals may seem amazing and outerly fun at first, it’s gameplay is repetitive and takes a huge amount of time.

The basic feature that makes Cabals: Card Blitz a game worth noticing is its Auto-Battle, making it possible to be played idly, even speed it up, like you would do with clicker games as you play anything else. This may sound horrible, that a game is good only when played on Auto, but someone has to do the dirty job too right?

All cards played in-game have two values, card tier and power. The first one is an in-game evolvable stat, using same cards from your deck and the second is the overall power of the card, reducing itself as it gets damaged.

Deck building is the main source of entertainment in Cabals: Card Blitz. This is practically the place where all the magic happens. You have to think strategically and build your deck accordingly to withstand all the auto-damage. The card artwork consists of beautiful hand drawn pictures that, however, have no consistency. Some remind you of 50’s life, some depicts armies, some are fantasy themed.

If you give your time to Cabals: Card Blitz then you are handfully rewarded for your time. Apart crafting new cards and practically farming them through auto-battles, giving time to it ensures a high place in ranking.

One think that is quite dislikable about Cabals: Card Blitz is the Wounded cooldown. As you cannot auto-battle all day, the game has a mechanic implemented where everytime you lose you lose some overall health. When this bar goes to zero then there’s a cooldown until you can play again. Nerve-breaking but kind-of fair to be honest.

Overall, Cabals: Card Blitz is a fair trading card game to play idly while you wait for another game to start or something like this. It doesn’t have the potential of being a huge card game somewhen in time, but it can give you some fun hours, without tryharding.
