Get ready for a tough encounter with Solak!
Visit the Lost Grove and talk to Merethiel by the centre circle and when you enter the instance, talk to Solak to begin.

Solak is a release from Mod Ramen and uses the knowledge picked up from Nex: Angel of Death. It’s a difficult fight where each player has a specific role to focus on; as the encounter progresses you will notice that a story is being told. Players must pay attention as every little detail will bring them closer to making their way through the phases. Be on the look out for Merethiel as she will make an appearance in this fight also! Voice acting from Doug Cockle (of The Witcher fame) and Viva Seifert, who has voice acted in ‘Her Story’ add to the intense atmosphere of the fight.
Solak comes in two different modes; the Group mode will require a team of up to 7 participants – this means you can fight him with less than 7 people but this is not recommended unless you have a very experienced and well-equipped team! The Duo mode is suited for teams of 2 (what a surprise right!) and is a little bit easier but still challenging encounter.
Rewards include Tier 92 weapons, the Blightbound Crossbows which can be dyed and are a huge upgrade over any other crossbow you may be carrying. Also, you can get Solly, the boss pet obtainable from Solak which has a 1/1200 drop rate and those Gold Members who will take on Solak can get Lost Grove Mushrooms from the Guardian of the Vault, granting them 5 penalty free deaths!
