League of Legends – 2017 International Events

In 2017, the pinnacles of League of Legend’s international competition enter a new era with the 13 professional LoL Leagues participating to the events!

The Mid-Season International (MSI) will be hosted at São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from the 28th of April to the 21st of May. The World Championship will be visiting Wuhan, Guangzhou and Shanghai in China, from the 23rd of September to the 29th of October. The grand Finals will be hosted to the iconic Beijing National Stadium (Bird’s Nest) on the 4th of November.

The new tournaments are expanded in order to cover even more regions and provide the opportunity to even more fans to compete with the best teams in the world. The International Wildcards (IWC) are retiring from the events’ structure and a new seeding along with a new tournament stage, constitute new entries. As always, the competition will be awaited with the greatest expectations!
